Marcus Needham Announces the Formation of Mountain Dynamics Inc.
Company to develop technology products for the ski industry
Tucson Arizona, June 17th 2005: Technology entrepreneur Marcus Needham has announced the founding of Mountain Dynamics Inc., an Arizona corporation. Mountain Dynamics will focus on the development of technology related products for the ski and snowboard resort industry. For competitive reasons the company's areas of development are being kept "under wraps" until they are closer to shipment, but the first release is anticipated no later than Thanksgiving 2005, the traditional start of the US ski season.
This will be Mr. Needham's second entrepreneurial venture. In 1995 he co-founded The River Internet Access Co, a regional Internet Service Provider, and was responsible for all aspects of its technical design and operational management. As Vice President he assisted in the growth of the company to annual sales of $5 million. He was awarded the position of President and CEO in 2004 and managed and consummated the sale of the company to DFW Internet Services, Inc. for $3.34 million in 2005. A graduate of the University of Oxford, Mr. Needham has pursued a career in software development since 1987.
Mr. Needham will serve as President and CEO of Mountain Dynamics Inc.
