Telluride
The New York Times calls Telluride "a skier's Shangri-La". By focusing resort development up in Mountain Village at 9500', connected by a free gondola, the Town of Telluride has kept all of its small mining town charm. 2008/09 brings the new Revelation lift which pushes Telluride's lifted-served vertical to 3845'.
