Priding itself on its long season and deep powder, Snowbird can be skied with Alta for 4700 acres on one ticket. For 2006/07 Snowbird replaced the Peruvian chair with a much longer high-speed quad, and built a ski tunnel through the ridge to Mineral Basin.
