Tiny Navicore Bluetooth GPS
Gizmodo that a company called has released a -based Bluetooth GPS called the Personal 2007 that is just 64 x 22 x 15mm (2.5 x 0.9 x 0.6") and 30g (1.07oz).

With the SiRF chipset GPS performance ought to be good, but battery life might be lower than slightly larger units from companies like Pharos and Holux. It can be conveniently recharged via a standard USB connection. According to Navicore's it's geared towards use with cell phones, and they supply accompanying software for Symbian-based phones. It does not say one way or the other whether it will work as a standard Bluetooth/serial/NMEA GPS with other devices.
